Job Overview:

The Senior L3 Support Engineer - Voice Network role entails delivering high-level technical assistance for Cisco UCCE, UCCX, PCCE solutions, and third-party call recording platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advanced troubleshooting and resolution of complex issues related to voice network devices, including CUCM, UCCE, UCCH, and CVP platforms.
  • Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including MACD creation knowledge in Cisco UCCE and IPT platforms.
  • Expertise in VOIP protocols like SIP, H.323, and MGCP, as well as ITIL process understanding.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience working in a 24/7 business support environment.
  • Collaboration with third-party providers and OEMs for incident resolution and problem management.
  • Performing advanced remote or on-site troubleshooting activities, including system design issues and upgrade plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in Cisco UC, UCCE, Voice gateway, call management, Webex, CVP, VMware, patch management, and release management.
  • Excellent communication and conversation skills (verbal and written), strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • UCCE or PCCE email and voice communication skills, teamwork, PowerPoint presentation preparation, and Excel-related analytics.
