We are seeking a highly skilled Reserving Professional to collaborate with our team to analyze and estimate reserves for P&C insurance products.

Job Overview
  • The ideal candidate will apply various reserving methods and techniques to estimate liabilities, such as loss development, loss ratio, and loss triangle analyses.
  • This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze data and perform actuarial calculations to assess risks and determine appropriate reserve levels.
  • Prepare and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure reserve estimates align with business goals and financial reporting requirements.
  • Develop and enhance reserving tools, models, and processes.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in engineering, economics, mathematics, or actuarial sciences.
  • Affiliation to IAI or IFOA, with at least 8-9 CT actuarial exams.
  • At least 5 years' experience in the P&C insurance industry.
  • Strong reserving experience or good knowledge of reserving methods and techniques.
