Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for an Insurance Agent located in Bharatpur. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for selling insurance policies, maintaining client relationships, assessing clients' needs, providing excellent customer service, and facilitating clients' understanding of various insurance plans and options. The role involves working closely with clients to help them choose appropriate insurance products and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. The Insurance Agent will also be responsible for expanding the customer base through networking and referrals.

Qualifications

  • Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage skills
  • Understanding of Finance and Insurance concepts
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Prior experience in the insurance industry is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
