About the Role

As a Recruitment Expert, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with business stakeholders and hiring managers to anticipate future recruitment needs.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with business stakeholders, TA leadership, and key HR contacts.
  • Analyze and communicate recruitment trends, results, and insights to drive future recruitment activity.
  • Communicate process and benefits of the solution to key stakeholders, including changes in process and new initiatives.
  • Ensure governance and compliance across the team, recruiting numbers, policy, process, and procedure.
Requirements
  • Education: Any graduate or postgraduate degree.
  • Experience: 8+ years in search, RPO firms, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong experience in hiring for manufacturing, sales & marketing, corporate roles preferably in steel, mining, chemical industry, agrochemicals, fertilizers, pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals & FMCG space.
