  • Candidate & Stakeholder Experience: Ensure a smooth, engaging, and professional candidate journey.
  • Interview & Screening Ownership: Take ownership of the screening process and first-round interviews.
  • Mentorship & Performance Management: Guide junior recruiters and build a high-performing TA team.
