As a seasoned IT Sourcing Professional, you will be responsible for fostering effective collaboration and ensuring strong communication with key stakeholders and colleagues in various regions to deliver defined business objectives.

You will develop key stakeholder matrices per category/location, maintaining regular engagement and driving high levels of client satisfaction. Your expertise will also involve appropriate supplier relationship management for assigned suppliers.

In this role, you will act as the key contact person for IT category with expertise on one of sub-categories (Hardware, Software, Cloud Services, Network, Telecom, Co-location) and sourcing initiatives. You will perform spend and contract analysis to identify sourcing and cost reduction opportunities.

You will formulate category-specific cost/license/service models for appropriate business needs and work with clients and colleagues to define and implement IT strategies and sourcing area plans for global and regional strategies.

Your responsibilities will also include leading and executing IT (Hardware, Software, Cloud Services, Network, Telecom, Co-location) sourcing projects from end-to-end in line with agreed timelines and service quality. You will deliver allocated savings targets as assigned to categories and locations through the effective management of sourcing initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 12 to 15 years' experience in strategic sourcing, ideally gained in an international environment. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to positively influence people to make appropriate decisions for clients.

You will be highly competent in negotiations and contract knowledge with a strong ability to converse, negotiate with suppliers/clients and review contracts in English. Additionally, you will have strong project management experience and be experienced in conducting tenders.
