Production Management Role

The Production Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring efficient and timely production while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Team Supervision: Oversee the activities of production workers, monitor technicians' performance, provide coaching and guidance as necessary, schedule work assignments, and ensure proper staffing levels.
  • Production Oversight: Manage the production process to meet targets, adjust workloads as needed, ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, and prepare equipment for use.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high product quality, coordinate regular inspections with the Quality Control team, address any quality issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promote a safe working environment, enforce safety policies, and conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, implement changes to increase efficiency, work with management to develop and implement production strategies, analyze production data, and prepare reports on performance.
  • Resource Management: Manage inventory levels, coordinate with procurement to ensure material availability, maintain equipment in good working condition, and coordinate maintenance activities as needed.

Other Requirements:
