Site Management Position

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our manufacturing operations in Rajahmundry, India. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Consumer Goods manufacturing and process improvement.

This role requires the ability to develop and drive the implementation of the site's Manufacturing Excellence master plan, while leading change management processes and coordinating departments to work together in ManEx deployment.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Manufacturing Excellence plans to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead teams to achieve performance goals through process improvement and waste reduction initiatives.
  • Coach managers to enhance leadership skills and team collaboration.
  • Participate in improvement projects using DMAIC methodology to optimize business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Mechanical or Industrial Engineering degree, with MS or MBA preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Consumer Goods manufacturing and Process Improvement.
  • Thorough knowledge of Manufacturing Excellence principles and practices.
  • Strong focus on process improvement, waste reduction, efficiency optimization, and problem-solving skills.
