Job Title: Acounting Management Leader

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Accounts Payables team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take on a challenging role and make a significant impact in the finance department.

The right candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of financial operations. They will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end invoice processing, ensuring operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Invoice Processing: The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the entire invoice processing lifecycle, from receipt to payment.
  • Process Optimization: They will work closely with procurement, receiving, treasury, and HR teams to optimize invoice workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Automation and System Enhancements: The leader will drive automation initiatives and system enhancements to improve invoice posting accuracy and efficiency.
  • Team Management: They will mentor and lead the invoice processing team, fostering high performance and best practices.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: The candidate will monitor and analyze invoice processing performance metrics and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Audit Readiness and Quality Assurance: They will ensure audit readiness and quality assurance through thorough documentation and continuous process controls.
  • Collaboration with Finance Teams: The leader will collaborate with finance teams for AP sub-ledger reconciliations and financial close activities.
Requirements:
  • Education: MBA (finance), CA or CWA qualification
  • Experience: 8 to 12 years of experience in accounts payable, invoice processing, or related finance roles
  • Skills: Proven track record in handling complex invoice operations, leading teams, process improvements, compliance, and automation within invoice processing
