Strategic Account Leader

Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our client servicing function. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the client servicing function.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Drive strategic account growth, identifying new opportunities within existing clients.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define business plans and account strategies.
  • Manage and mentor a team of servicing professionals, ensuring high performance and client satisfaction.
  • Oversee the execution of campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Work closely with creative, strategy, and digital teams to deliver effective communication solutions.
  • Represent the organization at client presentations, reviews, and industry events.
