Job Title: Manager – Global HR Operations

The role involves overseeing the development, implementation and governance of processes and metrics for HR operations across various businesses.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain effective HR processes to enhance employee experience
  • Lead the onboarding process to deliver a smooth, engaging experience that boosts employee satisfaction
  • Establish key performance indicators and ensure efficient delivery of HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Identify opportunities for automation and collaborate with the HRIT team to implement solutions
  • Ensure prompt resolution of employee queries through internal case management tools
  • Organize awareness sessions and promote employee self-service options in HRMS
  • Ensure that updated HR policies are hosted on HRMS for all relevant entities
  • Validate and approve employee master data for monthly payroll processing
  • Plan and conduct regular governance meetings with business stakeholders
  • Implement action plans and keep stakeholders informed
  • Represent the team in HR process audits
  • Prepare and share endorsement data for insurance policies as per agreed schedules
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure timely settlement of exit packages
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Finance, Human Resources or Operations
  • Total 7-10 years of experience in Operational Excellence, HR, Payroll Management, HR Shared Services and HRIS
  • Strong bias for action, ownership and accountability
  • Positive attitude and results-oriented approach
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • HR functional knowledge and expertise in key HR processes
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
  • High proficiency in MS Excel
  • Familiarity with quality control tools, lean and six sigma methodology
  • Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws
  • Hands-on experience with global HRMS
  • Strong communication skills
