Global HR Operations Professional

We are seeking a strategic and experienced professional to lead our HR operations team. As a Senior HR Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day functions of HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, compliance, and payroll.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and streamline the offboarding process for employees, ensuring a smooth and compliant transition during resignation, retirement, or termination.
- Coordinate with HR teams to manage the complete employee lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience for employees.
- Oversee and manage the collection, validation, and processing of payroll data for BHR's/Site HR's across the organization.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll inputs such as attendance, earnings, deductions, reimbursements, and other payroll-related activities.
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in HR operations.
- Strong organizational skills, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement mindset.
- Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and train a small team.
