About the Job

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a senior technical advisor. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in solution architecture, customer engagement, and delivery oversight.

This is a leadership position that requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to craft flexible, scalable, and future-ready solutions.

  • Responsibilities:
  1. Act as the primary solution architect during pre-sales discussions, client workshops, and strategic presentations.
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand business needs, pain points, and market goals—translating them into product-aligned technical solutions.
  3. Design and deliver tailored solutions across the full lifecycle—from ideation through deployment and post-go-live optimization.
  4. Support the business development and sales teams in domestic and international markets with technical feasibility, documentation, and proposal support.
  5. Align cross-functional teams—engineering, product, QA, and compliance—on implementation plans and delivery timelines.
  6. Continuously monitor market trends in payments and fintech to inform strategic solution design.
  7. Build reusable frameworks and solution accelerators to drive efficiency and faster time-to-market.
  8. Ensure adherence to security, regulatory, and scalability best practices in all solution architectures.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with a strong understanding of payment lifecycle and technologies, including UPI, IMPS, NEFT, AEPS, card networks, and digital onboarding flows.

  • Exposure to both domestic and international fintech ecosystems and client landscapes is essential.
  • Candidates should have excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • A strong analytical mind and hands-on experience in solution architecture, customer engagement, and delivery oversight are also required.
  • Proven experience in collaborating with sales and driving pre-sales efforts at a leadership level is highly valued.
