Technical Visionary

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to spearhead the design, development and scaling of fintech platforms.

This role will involve leading end-to-end design, architecture and development of fintech products and platforms. The ideal candidate will drive technical decision-making and ensure scalable, secure and high-performing solutions.

Mentoring and guiding a team of engineers is also an essential part of this position, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

The successful candidate will work closely with product, business and operations teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. Ensuring code quality, best practices and timely delivery of product features will be key responsibilities.

Staying updated with emerging technologies and evaluating their applicability for the roadmap will also be required.

Overseeing integrations with third-party platforms, APIs and financial systems will be another critical aspect of this role.

Establishing and maintaining DevOps, CI/CD and cloud infrastructure practices will round out the responsibilities of this position.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
  • 6–10 years of experience in software development, with at least 2–3 years in a lead/architect role.
  • Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g. Java, Python, Node.js).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
  • Solid understanding of system architecture, microservices and database design.
  • Experience with fintech, payments, lending platforms or BFSI domain is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor engineering teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
