Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Personalization Architect to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in personalization solutions, with additional experience in real-time decisioning and journey orchestration.

  • Design and implement personalized experiences across web and mobile platforms using data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate real-time decisioning systems for enhanced customer engagement.
  • Provide strategic guidance on journey orchestration capabilities and their impact on business outcomes.
  • Work with marketing and data teams to align personalization strategies with business objectives.
  • Evaluate and ensure scalable and maintainable architecture for integrations with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and audience management systems.

A high-level understanding of real-time decisioning and journey orchestration is required. Exposure to personalization solutions and their implementation is also necessary. A strong hands-on experience with data analytics and visualization tools is preferred.


Required Skills and Qualifications

Data-Driven Insights

We require a deep understanding of data analysis and the ability to extract valuable insights from complex datasets. Proficiency in data visualization tools is also essential.

Journey Orchestration

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of journey orchestration principles and practices. Experience with designing and implementing journeys that enhance customer engagement is highly desirable.

Real-Time Decisioning

Familiarity with real-time decisioning systems and their integration with personalization solutions is required. Experience with designing and implementing real-time decisioning systems is highly desirable.
