Business Analysis Role

About the position:

We seek a meticulous and proactive business analyst to fill this key role. As a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, you will gather requirements, analyze business processes, and ensure successful project delivery aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to document and analyze business needs.
  • Translate business objectives into clear functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
  • Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
  • Facilitate communication between business, technology, and project management teams.
  • Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Support testing activities by creating test cases and validating solutions against requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure solutions meet business expectations.
  • Prepare reports and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide innovative business solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with requirement gathering techniques such as interviews, workshops, and document analysis.
  • Familiarity with process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, UML) and business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  • Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
