Job Title: Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

Are you a seasoned professional with expertise in Salesforce and business analysis? Do you have a passion for streamlining processes and driving business success?

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing technical support, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users on Salesforce configurations, customizations, and processes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and processes
  • Stay current on Salesforce updates, best practices, and industry trends to recommend improvements and optimizations
Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of experience with Salesforce
  • Strong understanding of business processes in Sales Cloud and CPQ platforms
  • Experience with demand management, project and program management skills
  • Working knowledge of Service Cloud, Ecommerce, and Pardot preferred
