Job Title: Salesforce Business AnalystOur team is looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to support the growth and development of our business applications. As a key member of our Cognex Business Applications Team, you will provide critical expertise in platform, business process, and technology solutions to drive global systems success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide production support for modules within Salesforce, ensuring seamless operations and efficient issue resolution.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify bugs in Salesforce and collaborate with developers to implement fixes.
  • Support project implementation for additional modules and integrations with Salesforce, driving successful deployments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable Salesforce solutions.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and processes to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to end-users, empowering them to effectively utilize Salesforce capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field, or higher education and relevant certifications.
  • 4-6 years of experience in Salesforce, with a strong understanding of business processes in Sales Cloud and CPQ platforms.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management, including requirements definition, configuration, build management, testing, and change management.
  • Strong vendor management and relationship skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
