Job Title: Learning Solutions Specialist

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for analyzing business problems, identifying learning gaps, and developing comprehensive training programs that drive measurable results.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop tailored learning solutions.
  • Design and develop engaging training materials, including curriculum outlines, presentations, and assessments.
  • Analyze training effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Support the development of client relationships and ensure seamless project execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in instructional design, training delivery, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
