YouTube Ads Specialist Position

Our new emphasis on YouTube Ads as a lead generation powerhouse necessitates the appointment of a data-driven, creative, and growth-minded YouTube Ads Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective YouTube ad campaigns to generate B2B leads.
  • Conduct thorough audience research and create targeted strategies.
  • Collaborate with our creative team to design engaging video ads, scripts, and funnels.
  • Monitor campaign performance, run A/B tests, and ensure ROI-positive results.
  • Prepare and present campaign performance reports to clients and leadership.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of proven experience in running YouTube Ads campaigns, demonstrating a strong track record of generating qualified B2B leads via paid video campaigns.

Requirements:
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, YouTube Ads Manager, and tracking & analytics tools.
  • Excellent knowledge of audience targeting, funnel creation, and retargeting.
  • Creative thinker with ability to write compelling scripts and optimize creatives.
  • Data-driven mindset – making decisions based on metrics rather than guesses.
