Through tutorials and resources shared on YouTube and Instagram, we provide accessible, high-quality insights into guitar, songwriting, and music production, with an ever-expanding range across various disciplines.

Founded by Rishabh Sharma — a Berklee College of Music alumnus, professional guitarist, and producer for some of India's leading musicians, including Shreya Ghoshal, Shekhar Ravjiani, Shilpa Rao, Divine, and Jonita Gandhi — Level Music combines deep academic training with real-world industry expertise. Rishabh's work has earned 20+ million global streams, and he has also served as a mentor to undergraduate students at Berklee and globally for over a decade.

Beyond social platforms, students have the opportunity to learn directly from Rishabh Sharma in one-on-one private instruction or group sessions online via Zoom, gaining insights from both academic and professional industry perspectives. Our global community spans across Singapore, Dubai, India, the U.S. and beyond.

Role Description

We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to help expand Level Music's global reach. This is a part-time, remote role where you will be directly responsible for connecting aspiring musicians with the opportunity to learn from Rishabh Sharma through private and group instruction.

You'll be expected to bring sharp research skills, strong communication, and a results-oriented mindset to identify, qualify, and convert leads into active students. With limited seats available, your impact will directly shape the growth of our mission-driven organization.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and generate high-quality leads across global markets (Singapore, Dubai, India, U.S. and beyond).
  • Build and maintain targeted lead lists of aspiring musicians, parents, and music learners.
  • Reach out to prospects via email, social platforms, and other channels to introduce Level Music.
  • Qualify leads and guide them toward booking one-on-one or group sessions.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
  • Track leads, conversions, and campaign performance, providing actionable insights.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, or sales (B2C preferred).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to build targeted pipelines.
  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and deliver results remotely.
  • Experience with CRM tools, outreach platforms, or automation is a plus.
  • Background or interest in music, education, or creative industries is highly desirable.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: sharp, adaptive, and eager to grow with a mission-driven company.
