Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver accurate and timely administrative services with meticulous attention to detail.
- Manage data entry, cleansing, and quality control for client and business partner information.
- Execute submission logging duties and contribute to a seamless month-end close process.
- Maintain policy data, implement robust quality controls, and foster collaboration across teams.
- Process daily transactions according to set targets.
- Effectively manage change within the team and organization.
- Ensure compliance with all organizational policies.
- Participate in divisional and organizational activities and initiatives.
- Provide timely reporting and liaison with other departments as necessary.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Accurate Data Entry: Input customer requests into relevant IT systems.
- Ownership and Collaboration: Take ownership of deliverables and collaborate effectively with the team.
- Effective Communication: Correspond with customers in a clear and concise manner.
- Proactive Workflow Management: Manage daily, weekly, and monthly workflows to meet key performance indicators.
Requirements:
- Graduation in any discipline.
- Previous work experience in the insurance industry is not mandatory.
- Good computer skills and ability to work in MS Office systems.
- Strong analytical skills, decision making, attention to detail, and business process orientation.
- Flexibility to work in different shifts.
