Insurance Operations Associate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver accurate and timely administrative services with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Manage data entry, cleansing, and quality control for client and business partner information.
  • Execute submission logging duties and contribute to a seamless month-end close process.
  • Maintain policy data, implement robust quality controls, and foster collaboration across teams.
  • Process daily transactions according to set targets.
  • Effectively manage change within the team and organization.
  • Ensure compliance with all organizational policies.
  • Participate in divisional and organizational activities and initiatives.
  • Provide timely reporting and liaison with other departments as necessary.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Accurate Data Entry: Input customer requests into relevant IT systems.
  • Ownership and Collaboration: Take ownership of deliverables and collaborate effectively with the team.
  • Effective Communication: Correspond with customers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proactive Workflow Management: Manage daily, weekly, and monthly workflows to meet key performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • Graduation in any discipline.
  • Previous work experience in the insurance industry is not mandatory.
  • Good computer skills and ability to work in MS Office systems.
  • Strong analytical skills, decision making, attention to detail, and business process orientation.
  • Flexibility to work in different shifts.
