Job Title: Jira Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Jira Specialist with extensive experience in Atlassian tool administration, including JIRA and Confluence.

  • Provide critical technical support during P1 incidents by troubleshooting logs and resolving project-specific blockers.
  • Independently assess and evaluate third-party Atlassian Marketplace plugins for optimal integration and functionality.
  • Design, modify, and optimize JIRA workflows, screens, issue types, custom fields, schemes, and issue indexing.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and documentation of existing functionalities to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
Main Responsibilities:

The Jira Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Facilitating effective knowledge sharing and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to drive productivity and innovation.
  • Exhibiting a solutions-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
