About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a QA Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies to ensure product quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize test cases.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium.
  • Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Identify and track bugs using tools like JIRA or TestRail.
  • Work closely with development teams to resolve issues and implement fixes.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in QA, preferably in ITSM or networking products.
  • Strong understanding of manual testing, bug tracking, and agile processes.
  • Basic experience with APIs, SQL, and performance testing tools like JMeter.
  • Familiarity with tools like Postman, Appium (a plus).
  • Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, SNMP).
