Quality Assurance Automation Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Automation Specialist with expertise in automated testing and software quality assurance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts using various tools and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and high-quality software solutions.
  • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other QA team members to identify and prioritize testing efforts.
  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and ensure timely resolution.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

  • Automated testing: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience.
  • Test management: At least 2 years of experience in managing testing processes and frameworks.
  • Agile/Scrum methodologies: Familiarity with Agile and Scrum principles and practices.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based platforms and infrastructure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
