Job Description

The QA Test Automation Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software solutions. This involves designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and performance of software applications.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts to ensure quality and performance.
  • Collaborating with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and define test strategies.
  • Executing automated test cases, analyzing results, and reporting defects with detailed documentation.
  • Identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects to resolution.

This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a passion for quality assurance and a strong background in test automation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in quality assurance and test automation.
  • Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines.
