About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled integration specialist to lead API integrations and drive continuous optimisation with both clients and suppliers.

This remote role will focus on managing API connections, collaborating with internal teams, and defining requirements for technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end API connections, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with IT and commercial teams to support integration processes across all phases.
  • Define, document, and communicate integration requirements clearly for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Maintain and enhance integration roadmaps for key clients and suppliers.
  • Monitor and assess integration performance, identifying areas for improvement and leading optimisation efforts.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications using tools like ClickUp and Jira.
  • Provide post-integration support, including troubleshooting and continuous improvement recommendations.
  • Ongoing communication with partners via scheduled visits or video meetings is required.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience delivering end-to-end API integrations, preferably in the travel technology sector.
  • Strong experience working with API-based systems and understanding of REST/JSON/XML protocols.
  • Solid grasp of project management principles and proficiency with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous integrations and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—in English (additional languages are an asset).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying highly organised and self-motivated.
