At our organization, we are seeking a seasoned Business Development Lead to spearhead the growth and success of our prime home loan products. This multifaceted role will require strategic planning, product development, market analysis, and team leadership expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify target segments, assess customer needs, and evaluate demand for prime home loan products. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product performance and market share, implementing corrective measures as needed.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies governing prime home lending activities. Work closely with the compliance and risk teams to establish robust controls, manage credit risk, and maintain portfolio quality.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to a team of professionals responsible for prime home loan origination, underwriting, and servicing. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning to drive team performance and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education: Postgraduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field from a prestigious institution. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: Demonstrated track record of at least 10+ years in a senior leadership role within the housing finance industry, with a specific focus on Prime Home Loans. Thorough knowledge of mortgage lending principles, regulations, and market dynamics is essential.
