As a seasoned Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations of key accounts in government institutions. This role involves acting as a single point of contact for all therapy areas and stakeholders, driving new product inclusion and engaging with decision makers to generate demand and grow account value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the management of end-to-end key account operations, including serving as the primary point of contact for all therapy areas and stakeholders.
  • Drive new product inclusion in government accounts, ensuring compliance with all documentation and processes.
  • Engage with key decision makers, such as Medical Directors and Heads of Departments, to generate demand and grow account value.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless servicing and supply.
  • Lead the tender process, understanding clauses, rate contracts, and compliance requirements.
  • Forecast stock requirements, manage supply chain documentation, and ensure timely collection of payments from government accounts.
  • Develop and execute customer development strategies and dedicated action plans for assigned accounts, aligning on objectives and delivering results.
  • Analyze market situations, providing timely data for CRM and reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in exclusive Key Account Management for government business.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate with therapy area teams for demand generation and tender submissions.
  • Experience in engaging with decision makers and managing account growth post-inclusion.
  • Strong understanding of documentation and processes required for product inclusion in government institutions.
  • Ability to handle forecasting, supply coordination, and payment collection for institutional accounts.
  • Degree in Science or Pharmacy (BSc/BPharma preferred).
