Job Title: Executive – Sales Operations

Job Type: Full Time

Job Location: India- Pune

Reporting To: Operations Manager

Work Hours: 9 hours (US Shared Operation 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM)

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and Collaborate: Work closely with vendors to ensure timely delivery of items and update the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system regularly.
  • Sales Rep Support: Partner with Sales Representatives, Account Managers, and Inside Sales Representatives to resolve issues related to purchase orders.
  • RMA and RTV Process: Process, follow up, and finalize Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and Return to Vendor (RTV) requests until they are closed.
  • Vendor Management: Resolve vendor-related issues with the Accounts Payable team.
  • Invoicing and Memo Update: Follow up with Account Managers for invoicing and update the memo accordingly.
  • PO Fulfillment: Ensure that purchase orders are fulfilled and their items are committed to sales orders.
  • Vendor Setup and Tax Exemption: Set up vendors and send resale certificates to obtain tax exemptions.
  • Sourcing and Negotiation: Source and negotiate with vendors to secure the best deals.
  • Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with the Logistics team for shipment coordination.
  • Sales Order Closure: Ensure that sales orders are properly closed.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Sales Department.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure accurate data entry, including validation and integrity checks of orders in the ERP system.
  • Process Improvement: Lead projects and initiatives focused on improving productivity and simplifying processes.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Relevant Experience: Having relevant experience in sales operations is highly preferred.

Skills:

  • Organizational and Technical Skills: Highly organized, tech-savvy, self-starter, and great with Excel.
  • Data Management Skills: Great with data management.
