Job Title: Executive – Sales Operations

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team at Rahi. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with vendors, sales representatives, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of sales operations.

 

Main Responsibilities:
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors for actual delivery status of items and update ERP on a regular basis.
  • Purchase Order Resolution: Collaborate with sales representatives and accounts managers to resolve issues related to purchase orders.
  • RMA/RTV Process: Process and follow up on RMA/RTV requests until closure.
  • Vendor Issue Resolution: Resolve vendor-related issues with the accounts payable department.
  • Invoicing and Memo Updates: Follow up with accounts managers for invoicing and updating memo records.
  • PO Fulfillment: Ensure that purchase orders are fulfilled and items are committed to sales orders.
  • Vendor Setup and Tax Exemption: Set up new vendors and obtain resale certificates for tax exemption.
  • Sourcing and Negotiation: Source and negotiate with vendors.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with the logistics team for shipment.
  • Sales Order Closure: Ensure that sales orders are closed in a timely manner.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the sales department as needed.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1-4 Years of Experience: In a sales operations role or similar experience.
  • Relevant Experience: In a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills.
  • Technical Skills: Highly organized, tech-savvy, self-starter, great with Excel, and data management.
  • Personal Qualities: Detail-oriented, good problem solver, excellent written and verbal communication, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Performance Goals: Willing to learn, handle pressure, manage work-life balance, good teamwork, and willingness to step up at critical phases for on-time delivery.
Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this role is ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure is based on industry standards and takes into account the location, job requirements, and market conditions.
