**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our efforts in higher education.

  • The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the higher education landscape, with a focus on policy, regulatory frameworks, and industry partnerships.

**Responsibilities:**

  1. Work closely with the Higher Education Committee leadership to identify key areas for thought leadership papers, reports, and articles.
  2. Develop strategic partnerships with university leaders, multilateral/bilateral organizations, and other stakeholders in higher education.
  3. Conduct periodic committee meetings under the guidance of Committee leadership, preparing agendas, minutes, and coordinating tasks with Task Forces.
  4. Manage masterclasses/workshops and focused closed-door interactions between industry and academic leaders.

**Key Skills:**

  • Comprehensive understanding of higher education landscape and policy environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interface with stakeholders at mid/senior level (govt, regulatory, universities, industry, etc).
  • Primary and secondary research, analysis, and report writing skills.
  • Project management expertise and experience working in education/social sectors (preferred).

  • Master's degree in Economics/Social Sciences or related field.
