Job Description:

The role of a Senior Financial Director involves strategic financial management and leadership. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans to drive business growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with senior management to establish financial strategies and goals.
Financial Management:
  • Oversee financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders.
  • Manage cash flow and working capital to optimize liquidity.
Leadership and Team Management:
  • Foster a high-performing finance team through training, development, and coaching.
  • Set clear expectations and objectives for team members.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
  • 10-12 years of experience in finance, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successful financial management and leadership.
