Senior Legal Director Position

The organization seeks an experienced Senior Legal Director to oversee all legal, regulatory, and compliance matters. This role involves liaisoning with various departments such as Education, Labour, Land Revenue, Town & Country Planning, Urban Local Bodies, Pollution Control Board, Environment and Forest, District Administration, Municipal Corporations, Police, and other local/state bodies.

This position requires:

  • Government Liaisoning & Regulatory Affairs: The incumbent will serve as the principal point of contact for the organization with state and central government bodies, district authorities, and regulatory agencies.
  • Liaise with departments to obtain and renew approvals, licenses, permits, and clearances in a timely manner.
  • Proactively track and interpret policy/regulatory changes in Haryana & Delhi.

In addition, this role entails:

  • Labour Law & Dispute Management: Handle disputes and compliance related to labour laws, employee grievances, contractor/vendor issues, PF/ESI matters, and disciplinary cases.
  • Contracts, Legal & Compliance: Draft, vet, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to vendors, contractors, and service providers. Ensure statutory compliance across all applicable laws.

Candidate Profile:

We are seeking a highly qualified individual with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law. A minimum of 10–15 years of hands-on experience in Legal & Liaisoning is required, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
