Job Title: Senior Legal Operations Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to join our team in this key role. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive legal support across various business functions, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks. This includes providing expert legal opinions, contract management, risk assessment, and litigation support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including software subscription agreements, master service agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and joint venture agreements.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify and analyze contractual risks and provide recommendations to protect organizational interests.
  • Litigation Support: Manage consumer complaints, respond to legal notices, handle litigation, and support resolution strategies to minimize legal exposure.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with internal stakeholders for contract closures and resolution of legal matters.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

We are looking for an individual with excellent legal drafting and communication skills, a strong understanding of commercial and technology contracts, and the ability to work independently and lead complex transactions.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification legal experience in a corporate environment.
  • A full-time B.A. LL.B. (Hons) or LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across functions.
