Senior Software Delivery Director

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Delivery Director to lead complex, cross-functional software initiatives. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record of managing multifaceted programs, from ideation to delivery, ensuring they align with business objectives and deliver tangible value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Planning: Create and maintain the end-to-end program plan for a product or platform, ensuring clear objectives and a roadmap for delivering business value.
  • Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional and multi-geography teams, providing direction on solution architecture, dependency integration, and implementation strategy.
  • Release Management: Manage and oversee the release process for products within the program, ensuring a smooth and controlled deployment lifecycle.
  • Governance & Reporting: Establish a clear program governance structure, manage resources and costs, and provide regular communication and status reports to all stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring alignment with business goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience: A total of 10-12 years of experience, with at least 5+ years in software delivery and program management.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, including third-party vendors, in a global setting.
  • Financial Acumen: Experience managing program resources, budgets, and costs.
  • Communication: Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
