Healthcare Delivery Director

As a seasoned Delivery Leader, you will spearhead our delivery team, driving high-quality solutions for clients in the healthcare and life sciences domain.
Responsibilities include leading and managing a team of engineers, overseeing project managers, developers, and architects specializing in Salesforce delivery, migration.
The successful candidate will possess around 15 years of progressive experience in delivery leadership roles for software development and Salesforce management programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage delivery teams to ensure timely completion of projects to the highest standards
- Support hiring and training initiatives to enhance team capabilities and service delivery
- Work closely with clients to meet their needs, effectively manage expectations, and drive success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for problem-solving and decision-making
Requirements:
- Experience working in the healthcare and life sciences domain, preferably with customers in Clinical, Pharma, Healthcare Payer, Provider domains
- Understanding of regulatory aspects applicable to the HLS industry
- Ability to engage with CxOs/VPs/Director-level stakeholders
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings (10% to 25% travel)
