Job Title: Plant Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the execution of plant construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project planning, coordination, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the execution phase of the plant, ensuring timely completion and adherence to technical specifications.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with project managers and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Oversee subcontractor activities, including daily progress reports and bill certification.
  • Compile close-out reports detailing project implementation information, job execution plans, and technical details.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE)
  • Minimum 18 years of experience in construction management
  • Strong project planning, coordination, and quality control skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
