Job Role:Fulfilling Structural Analysis Expert

Experience: 5-8 years in Off-highway vehicles / Construction Equipment / Automotive (heavy Commercial Vehicles)

Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering or Technology

Responsibilities:

  • Support design and development of off-highway construction equipment using finite element analysis techniques
  • Analyze structural systems and components for optimal performance
  • Proficient in ANSYS workbench and classic versions including Static, Nonlinear, Dynamic Analysis, Explicit, Rotor dynamics, Composites
  • Proficiency in Space claim and Design modeler, hand calculations, problem solving, ASME, API, EN, BS standards
  • Collaborate with design engineers to optimize designs, stakeholders for inputs, queries and reviews

Key Skills:

  • ANSYS Workbench & Classic, Hand calculations, Weld calculations, Material properties
  • Hyper mesh / Abaqus, ability to parametrize and write macros
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation and communication skills
