Job Title: Design Construction Manager

We seek a seasoned professional to spearhead construction strategies for fast-track and complex projects such as tall buildings, hotels, and large institutional structures. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of RCC and steel construction methods, with hands-on experience in the Gulf region where innovative construction techniques are employed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tender & Technical Review:
    • Analyze tender documents and drawings
    • Prepare technical queries and liaise with clients for clarifications
  • Construction Methodology:
    • Develop site logistics plans, construction sequences, and suitable methodologies
    • Plan resources including labor and plant machinery
    • Prepare and present technical submissions and presentations to management and clients
  • Design Coordination & Value Engineering:
    • Collaborate with internal design teams for construction-friendly designs
    • Coordinate with external consultants for design drawing alignment with client specifications
    • Optimize designs for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Technology Expertise:
    • Apply knowledge of latest formwork systems and plant equipment
    • Handle methodologies for complex structures
  • Safety Execution Support:
    • Conduct site visits to review progress and suggest alternate solutions
    • Work closely with execution teams to ensure seamless implementation
  • Communication Documentation:
    • Prepare and interpret construction drawings and sketches
    • Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders
