Project Leadership Position

We are seeking an accomplished and organized professional to assume the role of IT Project Manager. The primary objective of this position is to oversee and coordinate various IT projects, ensuring they are completed within time and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures
  • Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings
  • Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings
  • Prepare presentation materials for meetings
  • Ensure timely completion of projects
  • Determine project changes
  • Provide administrative support as needed
  • Undertake project tasks as required
  • Develop project strategies
  • Evaluate adherence to frameworks and documentation for each project
  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
  • Manage stakeholder views towards the best solution
  • Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members
  • Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective
  • Possess excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • IT project management, basic knowledge IT infrastructure and security, experience in project management tools
  • Experience in handling IT security projects (3+ years)
