About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced and talented individual to join our team as a Lead Architect. This is a critical role that involves overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Project leadership: Provide guidance and oversight to project teams to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Feasibility analysis: Conduct thorough feasibility studies to identify potential issues and opportunities
  • Stakeholder coordination: Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure smooth project progression
  • Meetings management: Facilitate meetings and workshops to discuss project progress, address concerns, and set objectives
  • Consultant review: Review and coordinate input from consultants, experts, and other external parties
  • Standards compliance: Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports to stakeholders on project status, progress, and any challenges or successes
  • Cross-disciplinary collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration between different departments and teams
  • Regulatory adherence: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Site oversight: Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide guidance
  • Design solutions: Develop and implement creative design solutions to meet client needs and expectations
  • Final inspections: Conduct final inspections to ensure projects meet quality and safety standards

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Architecture (B Arch) degree
  • Excellent command of English
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint presentation creation and delivery
  • Advanced knowledge of SketchUp
  • Hands-on experience in project leadership, feasibility analysis, stakeholder coordination, and design solutions
