IT Helpdesk & Security Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and technical professional to fill a dual role of IT Helpdesk and Security Engineer. This position requires expertise in both support and security administration, making it an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to make a significant impact on the organization's technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support
    • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across all departments
    • Administer employee workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment
  • Network Infrastructure Management
    • Manage internal networking components including switches, routers, and access points
    • Configure and maintain firewall policies and rules
  • Security Administration
    • Develop and implement comprehensive security policies across all systems and processes
    • Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) user accounts, groups, and permissions
    • Administer SharePoint sites, document libraries, and collaboration spaces

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT support and security administration
  • Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and security architectures
  • Proficiency in Windows (Server and Desktop), with Mac and Linux knowledge preferred
  • Experience with endpoint protection, vulnerability scanning, and security monitoring tools
