We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Accounting Leader to join our team.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership position and contribute to the success of our organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders;
  • Work collaboratively with other Partners & Directors as well as mentor junior team members while providing support on practice management initiatives;
  • Participate actively in business development activities and contribute to proposal development;
  • Manage client relationships effectively;
  • Project management expertise;
  • Provide expert technical accounting advice to clients on complex issues, conduct research on accounting topics, and prepare comprehensive technical memos;
  • Assist clients with the implementation of new accounting standards;
  • Support clients with financial reporting, including the preparation of accurate financial statements;
  • Analyse client financial information, provide recommendations for improvement, and review financial data;
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members;
  • Stay up to date on developments in accounting standards and regulations;
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines simultaneously;
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
  • Apply independent and objective professional judgment in applying accounting standards to meet engagement expectations.
