Job Title: Business Growth Specialist

Job Description:
  • Communication Liaison: Function as the primary point of contact between cross-functional teams, facilitating seamless collaboration and ensuring business objectives are met.
  • Sales Enablement & Marketing Alignment: Develop and execute sales enablement strategies that drive revenue growth, client satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.
  • Customer Experience Enhancement: Continuously assess customer needs and identify opportunities to create personalized content and solutions that drive business growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure aligned goals and objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: An MBA or advanced marketing qualification is preferred.
  • Professional Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales enablement or marketing, with a proven track record of driving marketing initiatives towards revenue growth and improving client relationships.
  • Key Skills:
  1. Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders at all levels.
  2. Knowledge in Sales Enablement Strategies: Familiarity with sales enablement tools and techniques that drive business development and client acquisition.
  3. Customer Understanding: Proven ability to understand customer pain points and create marketing strategies that address these needs.
  4. Content Creation: Experience in creating marketing assets (e.g., presentations, case studies, white papers).
  5. Event Management: Execution experience of large-scale events, preferably Pan-India.
