Job Title: Digital Marketing Advisor

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Digital Marketing Advisor. The role involves trafficking, monitoring, and optimizing digital ad campaigns across various platforms.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ad Campaign Setup: Trafficking digital ads across multiple platforms by ensuring proper creative formats, sizes, and targeting are adhered to.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and ensure all creative assets meet technical specifications and are free from errors. Resolve any discrepancies before the ads go live.
  • Campaign Monitoring: Monitor ad campaigns and traffic, ensuring optimal delivery and performance. Troubleshoot any issues related to ad delivery, discrepancies, or technical difficulties.
  • Optimization: Analyze campaign performance and collaborate with internal teams to adjust for better targeting, delivery, and conversion rates.
  • Reporting: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on campaign performance, tracking key metrics such as impressions, clicks, and conversions etc.
  • Client Communication: Work with the client services team to ensure that ad requirements and campaign goals are clearly understood and met.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in ad trafficking and digital advertising.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in digital advertising and ad trafficking (preferably 1-2 years).
  • Familiarity with advertising platforms and ad-serving technologies.
  • Strong understanding of ad formats, targeting, and tracking methodologies.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
