We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Advertising Operations Specialist to manage the technical and logistical aspects of digital advertising campaigns.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to oversee the implementation and execution of digital ad campaigns across various platforms, ensuring seamless campaign operations and maximizing revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Setup & Trafficking: Implement and manage digital ad campaigns, including setting up and trafficking ad creatives, across multiple platforms.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure accurate implementation of ads, tags, creative assets, and tracking pixels, maintaining high-quality standards throughout the process.
  • Monitoring & Optimization: Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyzing data to proactively optimize for delivery and key performance indicators (KPIs), such as click-through rates (CTR), viewability, conversions, etc.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate and review campaign metrics to ensure optimal performance, identifying areas for improvement and making data-driven decisions.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to campaign delivery, ad tags, and tracking discrepancies, minimizing downtime and ensuring continuity.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign operations, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor ad inventory and suggest improvements to maximize fill rates and revenue, driving business growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital advertising operations or campaign management.
  • Solid understanding of Admob or Ironsource ad serving platforms.
  • Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, and third-party ad tags.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, macros, and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
