Job Title: Learning Management System Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced learning management system administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the configuration and publication of learning courses, curricula, and learning paths within our LMS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Course Configuration: Configure and publish learning courses, curricula, and learning paths within Cornerstone LMS.
• Course Categorization: Ensure proper course categorization, tagging, and metadata for optimal searchability and reporting.
• Course Enrollment: Manage course enrollment processes, prerequisites, and completion requirements.
• Content Uploads: Coordinate SCORM, xAPI, and other content package uploads and testing.
• Course Catalog Maintenance: Maintain course catalogs and ensure content accuracy and currency.
• Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot technical issues related to course functionality and user access.

Quality Assurance:

• Conduct Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance of content assets that are requested to load in the LMS.
• Ensure Quality Standards: Ensure quality standards are adhered to.

Learning Administration:

• User Account Management: Administer user accounts, roles, and permissions within the Cornerstone platform.
• Learner Progress Monitoring: Monitor learner progress and completion rates across all courses and programs.
• Learning Analytics: Generate and analyze learning analytics reports to track engagement and effectiveness.
• Compliance Training: Manage compliance training requirements and automated notifications.
• Technical Support: Support learners with technical issues and platform navigation.
• System Maintenance: Coordinate with IT and vendor support for system maintenance and updates.
• Data Integrity: Maintain learning records and ensure data integrity within the system.

Strategic Learning Support:

• Collaboration: Collaborate with learning and development teams to align LMS capabilities with organizational learning objectives.
• Platform Optimization: Provide recommendations for platform optimization and feature utilization.
• New Technologies: Support the evaluation and implementation of new learning technologies and integrations.
• Policies and Procedures: Assist in developing learning governance policies and standard operating procedures.
• Vendor Meetings: Participate in vendor meetings and platform upgrade planning.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience with Learning Management Systems, preferably Cornerstone OnDemand.
• Project Management: 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in learning and development contexts.
• e-Learning Content Development: Experience with e-learning content development and SCORM standards.

Technical Skills:

• Cornerstone OnDemand: Proficiency in Cornerstone OnDemand platform administration and configuration.
• Learning Standards: Understanding of learning standards (SCORM, xAPI/Tin Can, AICC).
• Content Authoring Tools: Experience with content authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar).
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with experience in learning analytics and reporting.
• Web Technologies: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web technologies.
• Project Management Software: Project management software proficiency (Smartsheets, MS Project, Asana, Trello, or similar).
