Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to drive growth across digital channels and e-commerce platforms. This role requires a data-driven marketer with a strong bias for execution and a deep understanding of the food and e-commerce ecosystem.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns across various platforms, including quick commerce and food aggregator platforms. They will also manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and report actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute campaigns across digital channels and e-commerce platforms.
  • Manage KPIs, including ROAS, CAC, impression share, and brand visibility.
  • Lead Meta/Google Ads campaigns and seasonal promotions.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and platform teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in food or FMCG.
  • Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, including quick commerce and food aggregator platforms.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Excel.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
