Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Business Development Manager to lead franchise development efforts in South India. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up the business development vertical, developing and executing strategies to drive growth, and managing a team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including franchisees, partners, and suppliers
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Manage a team of business development executives to ensure effective execution of business plans
  • Monitor and report on business performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in business development or a related field
  • MBA or equivalent qualification
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and business models, including COCO, COFO, FOCO, and FOFO
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic intent and ability to think critically and creatively
